Privacy Policy
Effective May 29, 2026. This policy explains what information Aquiles Holdings ("we") collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. If you have questions, email roberto@aquilesholdings.com.
Who we are
Aquiles Holdings, based in Alberta, Canada, operates this website and is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at roberto@aquilesholdings.com.
Information we collect
- Assessment submissions. When you complete the AI Readiness Assessment and choose to see your result, we collect your name, work email, optional company name, your answers, and the score and maturity stage we derive from them.
- Bookings and enquiries. If you book a call or email us, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, email, and message). Calls are scheduled through our booking provider.
- Live chat. If you use the chat widget, we and our chat provider receive the messages and any contact details you share. The widget may set cookies to keep your chat session working.
- Analytics. Only if you accept, we use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. This includes Google Analytics, which sets cookies and assigns a random identifier to measure visits. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles, and none run before you accept.
- Technical and security data. Like most websites, our servers process limited technical information (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and rate-limit the assessment form. We also use a bot-protection service on that form.
Why we use it, and our legal bases
- To deliver your assessment result and, if you ask us to, to follow up about it. Legal basis: your consent, which you give before submitting.
- To respond to bookings and enquiries. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse (rate limiting, bot protection). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- To measure and improve the site through analytics. Legal basis: your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, under agreements that limit them to our instructions:
- Supabase — database hosting for assessment submissions.
- GoHighLevel — customer relationship management, call scheduling, and the live chat widget, for contact and follow-up.
- Vercel — website hosting and cookieless analytics.
- Google — Google Analytics, for site measurement (runs only after you accept).
- Cloudflare — bot protection on the assessment form.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
International transfers
Some of our providers are located in the United States and other countries. If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with data transfer rules, your information may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment and contact data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Unless you ask us to delete it sooner, we retain assessment submissions for up to 24 months, then delete or anonymize them. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing already carried out). If you are in California, you may have rights to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; we do not sell or share it as those terms are defined. If you are in Canada, you have rights under applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), to access and correct your information and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email roberto@aquilesholdings.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted access to the submissions database, and limits to prevent abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date at the top.
